  • Health and Safety protection ensured through diligent observance of on site activities.
  • Administration of the contract through agreed process such as site instructions, variation price requests, variations, extensions of time, cost fluctuations, and maintaining quality records.
  • Certification and financial management.
  • Consistent personnel over the life cycle of the project.
  • Attentative monitoring of planned versus actual construction programme.
